Hired as a senior developer in 2005, Craig Banker accepted the position of Quality Assurance, Support, and Information Technologies Manager in 2009.
He leads a team that is responsible for testing and installing ProSys’ proprietary software, making certain that our solutions run smoothly at our customers’ sites. Craig and his team also handle all of the IT needs for ProSys—from specifying hardware to maintaining the office network, including the mail and web servers.
Craig obtained two bachelor’s degrees from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in the fields of Electrical Engineering and Physics.
